The day before we dyed eggs. We don't do the Easter Bunny or anything like that. My kids are aware of what the true meaning of Easter is. I liken dying eggs to having stockings at Christmas! They are just FUN... and, nothing more :)
I had to laugh at Abs having on a Christmas night gown!
Easter was a great time... It was hosted at my brothers house and it was my nieces first Easter! She was such a cutie in her little navy and white dress. The food was yum, the visit was sweet. I wish we all got together more than we are able!
The Fab four all dressed to impress on Easter morning.
My BEAUTIFUL niece enthralled with a tag on her bunny!
It didn't take long for the kids to shed their Easter clothes and get ready for FUN.
Then Uncle and Meme let them go on the egg hunt they planned
We really had a nice Easter. I am thankful.
A few days ago, we went to a local cider mill to walk the trails and have lunch with friends. It is always nice to get out and get some vitamin D ...
Still working and homeschooling and staying busy but, the warmer weather seems to have brought brighter days and happier times. I am thankful.
Tomorrow my "baby girl" Anna turns 11!!! We have a big day planned before I have to work in the evening. I am looking forward to spending the day with my bestie!
