Bissell 3 in 1 Vac

Today was an exciting day... after 5months (since May)  I have been without a vacuum ..It hasn't been SO bad since I have hardwood floors in every room.. however, I  DO have a huge area rug in my living room. I have since my old vacuum pooped out on me been sweeping it by broom.
It was fine for a time but, it just wasn't as clean (in my mind) as I would like. I love the carpet after being freshly vacuumed and sweeping makes more dust ect ect ect.
The reason we hadn't bought a new vacuum was, we didn't want to buy another piece of garbage. We wanted something inexpensive but something that would last.
We decided however, to just get a new vacuum and worry about a good vacuum in a year or two when we got carpet (our hardwoods have seen MUCH better days).
So, he told me that while I was out grocery shopping to buy a new vacuum. I intended on spending between 30-50 dollars. We didn't need anything "special" since we ONLY have a rug to vacuum. (and the basement rugs on occasion).
They were out of all the vacuums out of my price range.I felt defeated.. FINALLY I was getting my vacuum and they were out. I so did not want to go to another store. I was bummed.
I was leaving and an end cap caught my eye... WHAT'S THAT?
I investigated and they were the Bissell 3 in 1 vac  and only 20 dollars~
I went back and forth.. "you get what you pay for"  "it is probably junk" ... the thoughts were racing.
But, I wanted a vacuum. I waned my floor to be pretty without all the extra work of sweeping. So,
I gave it a whirl. I figured if it really was junk we could either take it back or use it in the basement for the play area.
I picked green. In the Walmart I was in they had purple, pink and green. I am in a lime green phase at the moment and so, I chose the lime green.

I have to say that so far I am extremely impressed. It has great suction. It is insanely lightweight and it is totally KID FRIENDLY. My kids think it is totally  awesome and are begging to vacuum.. The fact that it is light weight..the kids can even get cobwebs from the ceiling (not that I would let them, I kinda like that part but THEY COULD) (and not that I would ever have cobwebs LOL) .
I came home and reviewed it... reviewing products is a downfall, it very often results in me not buying ANYthing because I get myself so overwhelmed with the reviews. It happened to have pretty good reviews.
I am hoping my excitement for this little guy doesn't fade with time but , right now, it has  10 thumbs up~

Go HERE to see it on Walmarts website~!
Off to vacuum some more!

Kristi I went to TOWN.
I found out so much more..I am sure to blog about it again.LOL
I can take the bottom part off and use it along the baseboards on my hardwoods. It is awesome.I usually use the hose to my vacuum (when I had one) but, This is SO much easier. The hose gets very frustrating. YAY for easier cleaning!
