Avoiding housework!!!!!

I am completly avoiding housework today... I dont wanna, I dont wanna, I dont wanna...
Ok, now that my tantrum is over... I can press on.
We had the busiest weekend.. as are most weekends in our lives lately and , busy weekends always always means MESSY HOUSE.
Today is no exception except for now, I have to clean, and then do school and I REALLY need to get on the basement.. I say that often but today being in the 60's gloomy and rainy its the PERFECT day for it.
Today was so beautiful when I got up and went to teh pharmacy this morning.. it was just me and Buddy, the rest of the house was asleep... It was so crisp and the smell of fall was in the air. I wanted so badly to stop and get myself a decaf coffee and sit on my bench in my back yard and soak it all in... but, I had reality to do today :P So, I just day dreamed of it...
At the pharmacy I picked myself up some new mascara and a cheapo bottle of nail polish.. having a little girl who is VERY into her toe nails being painted.. I just love to stop and get a new color with every changing season... since today was a TOTAL fall day, I picked up a pretty fall color and tonight, we will do our nails... ANyways that is not my point.. I picked up the stuff and walked to the pharmacy and paid for both my script and my goodies... we walked out through the store and passed the cashiers at the front of the store... As we walked out my son was in HORROR.... "Mommy, You have to pay for that stuff, your stealing........ thats STEALING" I quickly got him to the parking lot where I advised him NOT to discuss things such as that so loudy and that I had IN FACT paid for my things as he was salivating over all of the yummy candies at the end cap near the pharmacy.... UGH how red faced was I?
It makes for a good story that is for sure.
they make my heart smile....
