Growing By Six Feet

It's been a long since I've blogged. Mainly because I moved my blog. Then, after a while, I deleted the email associated with that blog. I didn't consider the fact that it would then, leave me without access to that blog.
 I wasn't too upset. I was busy working, parenting and all that fun stuff. I figured I would eventually get back into blogging and maybe make a new blog someday.
 But, life has this crazy way of throwing you curve balls. And, if you are super lucky (blessed) you will just knock one out of the park with it.
  As the title to this post states, my family is growing by six feet! No, I am not pregnant with triplets. But I am marrying the man of my dreams and, because of that, I will have the privilege to be the full-time step mommy to his two daughters! That's three more people being added to my little family and. since they each have two feet each..... well, we all know the math  :)

 Anyway, this means I am back here. My soon to be hubs has encouraged me to get back into writing after reading some of my writing and because it is something I love. This blog has a ton of history and I enjoy going back and reading past posts about my little darlings I have 399 posts published (with this one) and 147 drafts (private for me). It seems like the perfect place to blog about my new life too. That way they (the new and the old) are all in one place... All together.

 So stay tuned as I hope to blog a lot more about our adventures as a family of 8. With friends that will now be sisters and brothers.. a slew of new nieces and nephews and two new parents whom I have loved for 20 years but now get to call Mom and Dad too!
