thankfully its not the "pukies" as we call them at our house :P
all week long Dh and I have been battling head colds... head aches ect ect... today however.. Gabe woke up with what MIGHT be pink eye (goopy eye that he couldnt open this morning.. tho not as red as it once was.. so not sure.. gonna treat it anyways ;) and then Kaleb is really conjested... Dh said that he thinks he (bubba) should stay home from church today... so, me and my kids will be missing while Jason goes ... He may take Anna has she doesnt like to miss Sunday school at all.
I am sad about it tho, I miss the apple pie contest AGAIN this year.. coarse, I wasnt making a pie or even judging but, I like to see the compitition... its always FUN. oh well there is always the chilli cook off.... which I have judged and entered.
today I will clean my house and take it easy. its a GLOOMY day and when I let the dog in I smelled WINTER.. if that is possible... the smell was very similar to that of a winters morning... It gave me mixed feelings... one was EXCITEMENT... the other was DREAD. I am so fickle!
well I should go and tend to my sick kids and clean my house... Hope you all have a WONDERFUL day in the Lord!

Oh me.....sorry to hear you haven't felt well. My kids are battling a cold too....yuck.
Sorry your kids are sick :( My kids are battling it too~I finally can breathe, but feel like it may be moving down a bit ~I hope not.
I was telling Laura J. last night that you missed the contest last time because I remember you saying you were going to make the same recipe as me :( that stinks.....Yes, there's always the chili contest!

I'm sorry you're sick, Kristy! Hope you guys are doing better today!! :) I hate to think of the cold and flu season being upon us, but I'm fickle too! I am also looking forward to winter!
Fighting it here too. Right now it's just Hannah. I'm pumping the Vitamin C. It's going around like wildfire here!
