A whirlwind~

I feel as tho my life has been a whirl wind lately. Lifes been crazy but good! We have been busy all the while the move pending.
We found out over a week ago that the older gentlemen that had owned the house had been out of the house for some time, yet, we still havent heard anything about it... we still dont have the keys.
We drive by and its obvious that no one is living there... the sign (for sale) has been gone and the grass got so bad that my husband feared the neighbors hating us and getting a ticket from the city so he went and mowed the lawn .. it was so bad, that our lawn mower broke!!!! We thought we would hear something after THAT since someone is going to get his mail... no such luck.
We are trying to be patient. we do know that there is a reason but, sometimes you have to remind yourself often when you are excited..
the BONUS to it is.. he has to pay us for every day that he "is there" and the keys arent turned over.... he will pay our first house payment and part of another SO, we are going to put in the rest and have two paid straight away. That way if we get into a bind or a month when we arent doing so hot... we are ahead of the game! SO, that is blessing.
It got really hot here, so my enthusiasm about painting has dwindled :P but, I am anxious to get over there and put my touches on it.
We drive by too much and I told my husband its our fault its taking so long... we are trying to watch water boil~ SOON ENOUGH tho.
We arent sure what will happen come the 9th when he is supposed to turn over the keys if we dont hear from him.
We tried to talk to his realestate agent but she knows nothing either.. she hasnt heard from him NOR does she know where he went ... weird.
well there is packing I can be doing... or cleaning or something, so I should get on that.
