a special thanks to my Dh and our wonderful President ... I got this today!!!!!!!!
I have been interested in photography for some time and I have been encouraged by many to pursue it.. so, Here I am... I recieved 9 free classes with this camera.. two dvds that teach me how to use my camera.. and in the fall .. eek I am taking a class at a local community college...
this is basically a passion that I enjoy BUT.... it will be helpful if I am able to make a buck every now and then. My sil is getting married in February and she is paying 500 to a family friend to shoot some pictures ... If I could make a couple hundred every once in awhile... that would help my dh so much.
My sil would have asked me btw... If I would have had my camera when she was seeking such things out. I am however, the other photographer... I am taking pictures as if I am the photographer to give her more options and to get some practice... Im just not getting paid, which, I wouldnt have charged HER anyways :P and with my daughter being the flower girl well, I intended on taking a MILLION pics..... :D

I had been told my several photographers that the Nikon or the Cannon would be the best bet.. the Nikon was cheaper and they had wonderful deal and I was also able to get the extra lense for only 100 dollars!
I am pleased with it, I cant wait to share pictures I have taken with it!
