God is good!

Not that any of you dont already know that...
Today I got up and got ready and I headed out to the post office and to get my script from the drug store.
I got home and I looked at my list and rushed off to get my meat pulled out for dinner tonight. I decided that shepards pie sounded fabulous.
When I moved the ice cream, I noticed it was wet.. "why" is it all wet I wondered and when I looked into it further I realized why....
the ENTIRE contents of my freezer had thawed over night... OH NO! my head screamed... we JUST had recieved beef from a farmer up north.... there were 1o pounds of it in there (my father in law had just bought it for us)
I hurridly got to the burger and much to my surprise... it was the ONLY thing in the freezer NOT THAWED!
GOD IS SO GOOD!
Thankfully over the summer friends of ours offered us a fridge and we had it in our garage for overflow (mind you it usually sits VERY empty lol) but has come in handy when I buy things in bulk... well today it REALLY came in handy... THANK THE LORD we said yes to this fridge when it was offered...
Another good thing was the milk hadnt gone back either cause, my dh went out to the post office this morning and picked up a fresh couple gallons... SO that was another blessing.
Well I am off to clean up the fridge (its empty) so it can be placed to the curb for trash pick up (NEXT MONDAY) LOL couldnt have happened Saturday right?
